Following is a description of our Elgin Crosswind J+ sweeper in our Charleston inventory.
It has about 2050 hours on the sweeper and 51,300 miles of use as a demonstrator and rental unit. ELGIN Crosswind Series J+ re-circulating air sweeper complete with dual side brooms, 8 yd. hydraulic hopper, John Deere 4045TF150 115 HP diesel auxiliary engine and all other standard equipment, including:
- Backup alarm, electric, clearance lights and broom lights
- Blower, 20,000 CFM with Linatex lined housing

- Control console with rocker switches for all sweep functions and gauges

- Hose, 16’8” hydrant fill with coupling and pre-filter
- Pickup head, hydraulically operation with 14” dia. pressure and 12.75” dia. suction hose with quick disconnect and vacuum enhancer
- Water tank, 240 gallon polyethylene with filter, pump and (16) nozzles
- Rear mounted camera system with color monitor
- In-cab and outside hopper dump controls
- Sweep resume/transport and auto pickup in reverse controls, plus:
